Pets

Because everybody and their mother have been asking me about pets, I feel this may be necessary. The types of pets that are currently available in Ameba Pico are dogs, cats, and pandas. They also come in a variety of colors. Unfortunately, all these pets cost Ameba Gold. You heard right: they cost Ameba Gold. Furthermore, tokens will not help you in any way. But fear not, Pico-denizens! There is hope.

Now, if you guys are anything like me, you probably refuse to spend actual cash on this. At the end of the day, they're still only a bunch of colorful pixels. Your alternative is to do surveys! Your upper right corner of the screen should display how much gummies you currently possess. Next to it should be your Ameba Gold amount. If you click it, a window of your purchase history should pop out. On the top right of that window, there's an option called "Get Ameba Gold." Click that. Then click the "Complete Offers" tab. You are now shown a plethora of ways to get some Ameba Gold for free! My personal favorites are the surveys of the day; little to no hassle, no sketchy downloads, etc. They're not totally r
eliable though; occasionally the surveys of the day don't want your opinion for some reason or the other. Don't fret; you can always try the next day.

So how much are the pets? Dogs and cats are both 400G each whereas the ever elusive panda is a whopping 600G. Also, as previously stated, they come in a variety of colors when you're actually planning on getting your pet, be on the lookout for your most desired color! Don't do anything with your hard earned (or bought) Ameba Gold you may regret later on! I've seen multi-colored panda owners before yet I've never seen them at the pet farm. Not that that means much--I don't spend all my time there.

Which brings up an important point! Where do you buy them? Sweet baby Jesus if only you knew how many times I get asked that in public. Pets are available in the New Zealand pet farms. Really, all you have to do is click travel and scroll down. I promise you it's there right under Asakusa Japan. And for all you visual learners out there, here's a picture.

So what happens after you've adopted your pet? (Just for the record, you can only have three pets and only take one with you at any given time). You need to feed it preferably when it's hungry. Pet food can be bought from the catalog or at the pet farms. Dogs and cats need to be fed twice a day whilst pandas need to be fed more. The number escapes me at the present but I do believe it's four times. Fatty McFatfat. Also, you'll have to play with them as well as take them out to public places. Playing with them will increase their mood and their relation overall (which means more adorable pet tricks!). Taking them for walks helps boost mood from what I can tell, too. If you don't take them out, they might give you a /conf and be little turds. Not fun.So that pretty much sums up how to get pets, Pico-ers!
